What is the minimum volume?
1,000 litres — one IBC. From there we handle any volume up to a full container in flexitank.
How much product fits in a container?
Jerrycan 25 L — 26 per pallet · 286 per 20′ container
Drum 200 kg — 4 per pallet · 80 per 20′ · 120 per 40′
IBC 1,000 L — 18 per 20′ · 24 per 40′
Flexitank — 1 per 20′ container, between 20,000 and 22,000 kg
Which incoterms do you work with?
EXW and CIF as standard. Other incoterms on request: tell us the destination port or address and we will include it in the quotation.
What analysis comes with each batch?
Every batch is supplied with its analysis report: acidity, peroxide value, K270/K232, waxes and ethyl esters, fatty acid profile by chromatography, and an organoleptic panel for virgin oils. We work with a laboratory recognised by the International Olive Council (IOC). Polyphenols can be provided on request. If your market requires a panel test from an external laboratory, we arrange it.
Can I request a sample before placing the order?
Yes. The first 500 ml sample is free of charge. Additional samples or special formats are quoted separately. In all cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does it take to get a price?
48 business hours from the moment you tell us quality, variety, volume and destination. We need all four to quote.
Can you match a specific oil specification?
Yes. We work with Arbequina, Picual, Hojiblanca and Cornicabra, single-variety or as a coupage to your specification. Tell us the profile you need and we will confirm whether we can supply it before quoting.
Can you supply on a recurring basis?
Yes. We work with supply contracts and a loading schedule adapted to your operation, rather than order by order.
