What is the minimum order?
Marasca 500 ml — 6 units/case → approx. 4,000 bottles
Marasca 1 L — 6 units/case → approx. 2,500 bottles
Dorica 250 ml — 12 units/case → approx. 6,008 bottles
Tin 5 L — 4 units/case → 720 tins
Who designs and prints the label?
You provide the final, print-ready artwork, and we take care of printing and labeling at our facility in Reus. Before production, we review the label to ensure it meets the requirements of the destination market.
If you need help with the design, our team can also support you throughout the process.
Who pays for the printing plates and die-cutting tools?
For orders of 10,000 units or more per SKU, we cover the cost of the printing plates and die-cutting tools.
For smaller quantities, these costs are covered by the customer and clearly included in the quotation upfront — no unexpected charges later.
How long does it take once I approve the artwork?
Less than 4 weeks.
Lead time starts once the final artwork has been approved, not from the date the order is placed.
Can I request a sample before committing?
Yes. The first 500 ml sample is free of charge. Additional samples or special formats are quoted separately. In all cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can you pack certified organic olive oil?
Yes. We are CCPAE-certified for organic production, as well as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and Halal certified.
The applicable certification documentation is provided with each shipment.
What if the packaging format I need isn't in your catalog?
We’ll source it.

Does the first order take longer than repeat orders?
Yes. The first order usually takes longer because it includes packaging customization and artwork approval.
Repeat orders are faster because these steps have already been completed.
Can you make sure the product meets my country's regulations?
Yes. Labelling rules, the wording used to name each oil category and the documents customs will ask for change from one market to the next — and getting them wrong is what leaves a shipment sitting at the border. We have been exporting for over 150 years, so we check the label and prepare the paperwork against the requirements of your destination, as we did for ZéTona in Brazil. Tell us the destination country in the first conversation: it determines the label, the technical data sheet and the certificates.
